It's not so long ago that Steffen aka Huron has smashed my sound channels with its furified ep Fissure, which debuted under the shield of Mindtrick records. Not much time has passed, and this German hypnotist with organic electronics is releasing his next cd. Huron continues with what he has begun with in his musical world, and he’s holding to that one line that is specific for this project. Clean, broken beats and organic atmosphere. Yes, that’s Huron and his melancholy which is set in beautiful atmospheres and analog tones. I would say that the new attempt is somewhat clearer, more visible and dreamier. All the corners are blooming and the atmosphere is falling as rain on your gutter in front of the house. Clean, crystalline sound will kill you from the first few minutes and its atmosphere will pull you straight into the wombs and with it will start a story full of melancholy and hypnotic walk through subconsciousness. I like how the songs can be broken down into electronic passages, where are accumulating almighty echoes, arpeggios and various sounds and faders that appear and rotates through whole album. Songs are clean and pleasantly waves in typical beats that Huron has as his trademark. The sounds of piano and the deep atmospheres are only a cherry on the top in this soundtrack, which reminds the course of life and something beyond or outside of it?
